Our training results in a more gentle, emotionally balanced, and intelligent horse 100% of the time and our methods are always geared towards building a confident, willing mount. Some of the horses we train go on to compete in top level dressage and eventing, while others become lifetime companions and safe trail mounts, while still others excel at reining and Western pleasure. We take a limited number of horses each month to ensure that your horse receives maximum attention during their time in training.

At Winn Farms, we have worked with quarter horses, gaited horses, race horses, warmbloods, draft horses, ponies, and everything in between and we train every horse to be consistently respectful and engaged both under saddle and on the ground.

A few of the problems we see regularly are claustrophobia (unwilling to load in a trailer or enter a small space), pushiness and disrespect on the ground, bucking, rearing, bolting and other dangerous vices under saddle, and horses that are just very green or fearful of certain situations. We are well-equipped to handle all of these issues and to give you a horse that is safe and willing and is truly a partner.

Our services include full-time training (30-day minimum), training with lessons, behavior assessments (your facility or ours), transport, horse sales, purchase and sales assistance, and consultation services.
